A security-first personal finance app built in Flutter for Windows and Android. Budget Secure keeps all financial data on-device with AES-256-GCM encryption, SQLCipher storage, Argon2 key derivation, biometric unlock, first-launch EULA gating, and release obfuscation. The app combines dashboard dials, bill tracking, transaction and calendar views, income/pay-period tooling, savings goals, month-over-month insights, theme support, and a responsive navigation shell without analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or third-party services.
